1. Find your fit
Browse experiences, gear, rentals, services, and training. Filter by activity, destination, price, experience level, or age requirements. Sample listings are illustrative and cannot accept requests.
2. Get the details
Read inclusions, preparation requirements, age limits, location, and cancellation policies. Message the provider with questions. Provider credentials and insurance should be checked directly.
3. Request an available date
For a real listing with availability, choose your date and participant count. Availability and pricing are checked when you send the request. Sending a request collects no payment. Accepted requests can proceed to secure checkout when payment is available for that provider.
4. Follow the conversation
Track requested, accepted, declined, cancelled, and completed plans in Basecamp. An accepted request is not proof of payment. Use the Payment Center to verify any payment status, and confirm final arrangements before traveling.
Bring your business
Open the provider workspace, create your profile, add offerings and dates, and submit listings for marketplace review. Listings need approval before they enter the marketplace.
